ABOUT ME

Hello! Adriele (ay-dree-el) here! I help leaders, teams, and organizations improve cultural competence,  identify & disrupt systemic barriers, build more equitable & inclusive spaces for all. 

I also help mid-level professionals of color [re]discover their passion(s) and gain clarity on how to reach the next chapter of their careers.

I started my journey in career development in 2008. Since then, I've helped numerous individuals think strategically about their personal and professional lives, helping them find clarity, set goals, and take action.

 

In 2015, I began working in the tech recruiting space, and in 2018, after having managed several diversity-related programs and initiatives, I transitioned into diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) full-time. Since then I've helped a number of leaders and teams challenge their way of thinking when it comes to DEI. Helping them find ways to integrate DEI and not just think of it as an additional "check-the-box" exercise.
