I help folks take actionable steps towards creating more psychologically safe, diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environments.
But what does that even mean? Well, it can mean a number of things 😅.
Below are some of the ways that I frequently work with individual contributors, leaders, teams, and entire organizations.
And if nothing below is what you're looking for, but you think we could do some great work together, still reach out––there's no one-size-fits-all approach to DEI.
HOW I HELP individuals & Teams Of Orgs
Since 2018, I've designed & facilitated hundreds of DEI workshops for 100% remote teams, hybrid teams, and in-person teams. My sessions are designed not only to be informative, but interactive, encouraging participants to take action. Check out some of the topics that I frequently cover.
Perhaps you're a people manager looking for ways to foster more diversity, equity, & inclusion amongst your team(s). Or maybe you're an individual contributor seeking ways to integrate DEI into your day-to-day work. We can work together 1-on-1 or in a small group setting.
Ready to go beyond just celebrating cultural heritage & identity recognition months and potlucks? Let's work together to develop a comprehensive, agile, and measurable DEI strategy, with change management and people enablement top of mind.
Before you can develop an effective DEI strategy, it's important to audit your workplace. Together we can gather and analyze both quantitative data (e.g., demographic info) and qualitative data (e.g., your employees' feelings of inclusion) to inform your strategy.
Process Reviews & ITERATIONS
Your people-related processes are inherently a part of your DEI efforts. Processes such as: recruiting & hiring, performance reviews, promotions, and more. To ensure that these processes are equitable and inclusive, we can review and iterate upon them together.
Nearly all teams encounter bouts of misalignment and sometimes conflict. Team members may express feeling unheard, othered, and even excluded. Through facilitated retrospectives, focus groups, and/or 1:1 interviews, I can help you assess the current state of your teams and identify ways to foster inclusion.
