America Has a Problem: Black Women are Leaving the Workforce in NUMBERS to become Entrepreneurs โœŒ๐Ÿพ


For many years, Black women have been leaving the traditional workforce to become entrepreneurs and start their own businesses (*points to self* โ˜บ๏ธ). But recently, this movement has accelerated as Black women are becoming less tolerant of workplace discrimination. Despite Black spending power reaching a record $1.6 trillion in 2021, largely driven by Black women, companies are still failing to hire and retain them in the workforce ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ.
